                  Refunds and Return

Due to the nature of our handmade soap and  products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you are experiencing an issue with your product, please reach out to  us  within 3 days of receiving your product pureelegancecollection@gmail.com we will be happy to discuss the matter. Refunds and replacements are only considered for damage that occurred during shipping, If you have any issues thanks. 

Note that there are restrictions on some products depending on the time of the year. For example, we cannot ship Body Butters and Lotion Bars during the summer/warmer months because they will melt. 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept physical returns.

We do not refund any shipping charges nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.
